These evening yoga moments are my way of telling my nervous system that it’s safe to slow down. After a busy day, taking even a few minutes to stretch, breathe, and reconnect with my body helps me release tension and shift into a more peaceful state.
Not every practice has to be intense. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply unwind, soften, and give ourselves permission to rest.
Taking care of your nervous system is also self-care. 🤍

One of the most common challenges in today’s yoga world is comparison. Social media can easily create the impression that yoga is all about advanced shapes, handstands, deep backbends, or extreme flexibility. Because of this, many people end up measuring themselves against others and start believing they are somehow “not enough” in their practice.
But yoga was never designed to be something to compete in. Its ancient roots are grounded in awareness, presence, and inner transformation — not in how far you can stretch or how complex a posture looks from the outside.
Every body carries its own story, its own structure, and its own rhythm. Which means every yoga journey is naturally different.
Real yoga begins the moment we shift our attention inward. When we stop looking sideways and start feeling from within, the practice changes completely. It’s no longer about becoming better than someone else, but about becoming more attuned to yourself.
And in that space, comparison slowly dissolves, making room for something much deeper: acceptance, freedom, and a more honest relationship with your own body and practice.

With a background in dance, acting, Pilates, and movement education, Judith brings creativity, energy, and intelligence into every class she teaches. Our Catalan teacher from Barcelona has a unique way of making movement feel both purposeful and playful.
You’ll find her leading the Vinyasa Sequencing Module in our 300h Teacher Training, sharing her expertise in creating classes that flow with intention, rhythm, and creativity. She’s also part of the teaching team for our 200h Teacher Training and joins us at our retreats, including Ibiza 🌴
Her classes are where technique meets expression, structure meets freedom, and movement becomes a language of its own.

Forward folds in yin yoga ✨
whether it’s caterpillar pose, a supported yogi squat, or any soft fold forward… these shapes invite the body to slow down and the mind to soften.
forward folds gently stretch the entire back body while encouraging grounding, introspection, and nervous system release.
in yin yoga, we don’t force depth.
we allow gravity, breath, and time to slowly open the body naturally.
physically, these poses can help:
– release tension in the spine & hips
– soften tight hamstrings and lower back
– support digestion & circulation
– calm the nervous system after overstimulation
emotionally, forward folds are often connected to surrender, reflection, and returning inward.
